1. Dispatch & Delivery
Standard delivery is free on UK orders of £100 or more, and £5.99 on orders below that, added to your total. Dispatch and delivery are typically completed within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Next day delivery is available at checkout for an additional £8.99, added to your total. Orders placed before 3pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the following business day.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
2. Returns & Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it and return the item within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached. To start a return, email privacy@vinsmox.com.
3. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method, typically within 14 days. Where a launch or founding-member discount applied, the refund reflects the amount actually paid. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, including return postage.
4. The Foundation Contribution on Returns
The £0.21 Foundation contribution is tied to a completed sale. Where an order is fully refunded, the corresponding contribution is reconciled accordingly — see Foundation Transparency.
