1.1. Where we deliver
At launch, VINSMOX proudly delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are diligently working to expand our reach, and international shipping options will be announced in due course. To be among the first to know about our global expansion, please subscribe to the VINSMOX archive.
1.2. Delivery options
We offer a selection of delivery services to meet your needs, each designed to ensure your VINSMOX pieces arrive promptly and securely.

1.3. Order processing & cut-off times
To ensure efficient dispatch, please note our order processing schedule:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
1.4. Dispatch & tracking
All VINSMOX orders are dispatched using reputable and reliable UK courier services. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
While we strive for timely deliveries, please be aware that estimated delivery timeframes are subject to change during periods of high demand, unforeseen courier disruptions, or adverse weather conditions. Your patience and understanding in such circumstances are greatly appreciated.
It is imperative that all delivery details are accurately provided at the time of checkout. VINSMOX cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
2. Returns
Our commitment to Permanent Standards extends to your satisfaction. If a VINSMOX piece does not meet your expectations, we are dedicated to making it right.
2.1. Our returns policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We meticulously inspect every garment before dispatch, and we expect returns to reflect the same standard of care. Your trust in VINSMOX is paramount, and we encourage you to contact us if any aspect of your purchase is not as it should be.
2.2. How to return an item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email care@vinsmox.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Our dedicated customer care team will respond within 48 hours, providing you with detailed return instructions and the designated return address.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. VINSMOX is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
- Once your returned item is received and has undergone our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.3. Exchanges
Should you require a different size or colourway, we recommend contacting us at care@vinsmox.com prior to returning your item. Our team will assist you in arranging the fastest possible exchange, subject to product availability. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect VINSMOX piece.
2.4. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality control purposes, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return. All returns must be initiated and received within the stipulated 14-day window; returns received after this period will regrettably not be accepted.
2.5. Faulty items
In the rare event that your VINSMOX item arrives faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize. This represents a failure of our Permanent Standards, which we take with utmost seriousness. Please photograph the issue immediately upon receipt and email care@vinsmox.com within 7 days. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, with no unnecessary delays or questions.
