Terms & Conditions

Effective 19 June 2026Series 01 — The London ProvenanceGoverning law: England & Wales

A standard is only worth holding if it is written down. These are the terms that govern how you use Vinsmox, join the waitlist, and buy from us.

1.Who we are

Vinsmox ("Vinsmox", "we", "us", "our") is a premium garment label operating from Luton, United Kingdom. By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.The waitlist

Joining the Vinsmox waitlist registers your interest in Series 01 and any future release. Submitting your email address does not create an order, reserve stock, or guarantee a purchase. Founding-member benefits — including early access and the stated launch discount of 21% — are offered at our discretion, may be time-limited, and may be withdrawn or changed before launch.

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive launch, drop, and marketing communications from Vinsmox. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see Marketing & Email and the Privacy Policy.

3.Products, pricing & availability

  • Garment specifications (for example 280GSM and 180GSM weights, embroidery, Made-in-Portugal production) are described as accurately as possible, but natural variation in cotton, colour, and finishing is inherent to the product and is not a defect.
  • All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless noted. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors and cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.
  • Stock is limited by series. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where these terms have been breached.

4.Orders & contract

A contract of sale forms only when we send you an order confirmation. Until then, an order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by Shipping & Returns.

5.Intellectual property

The Vinsmox name, the MVH framework, the "Permanent Standards" wording, garment names (The Obsidian, The Palladian, The Dusk), photography, copy, and all site design are owned by Vinsmox and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the brand without our written permission.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting another person's email without consent, scraping content, or interfering with its operation. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

7.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8.Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the brand and its products develop; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Questions

Anything about these terms can be raised at privacy@vinsmox.com. We answer to the same standard we hold for the product.

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 June 2026UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018

We collect as little as possible, hold it carefully, and tell you plainly what we do with it. This policy explains how Vinsmox handles your personal data.

1.Who controls your data

Vinsmox is the data controller for the information you provide through this website. For any privacy request, contact privacy@vinsmox.com.

2.What we collect

  • Email address — when you join the waitlist or subscribe.
  • Order & contact details — name, shipping address, and contact number when you purchase (payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details).
  • Usage data — basic analytics and cookie data about how the site is used (see the Cookie Policy).

3.How we use your data & our legal basis

Marketing email
To send launch news, drops, and offers. Basis: consent.
Fulfilling orders
To process and deliver purchases. Basis: contract.
Service & security
To run, secure, and improve the site. Basis: legitimate interests.
Legal & tax
To meet accounting and legal duties. Basis: legal obligation.
Email used for marketing

Be aware: the email address you give us is used for marketing purposes — to send you Vinsmox launch announcements, product drops, founding-member offers, and brand updates. We rely on your consent, given when you join the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by emailing privacy@vinsmox.com, and we will stop. Full detail is in Marketing & Email.

4.Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us operate — for example an email/marketing platform, our e-commerce and payment providers, and the donation platform Work for Good that verifies the Foundation contribution. Each acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.

5.How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as legal and tax rules require (typically six years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6.Your rights

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability.
  • Complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

To exercise any right, email privacy@vinsmox.com. We respond within one month.

7.Security & international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure an approved safeguard (such as UK adequacy or standard contractual clauses) is in place.

Cookie Policy

Effective 19 June 2026PECR & UK GDPR

Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use them sparingly — to make Vinsmox work, to understand interest, and only with your consent where required.

1.Categories we use

Strictly necessary
Required to run the site, remember your form state, and keep it secure. Always on; no consent needed.
Analytics
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Set only with consent.
Marketing
Measure campaigns and tailor launch communications. Set only with consent.

2.Managing cookies

Where consent is required, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the site's consent control and change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly-necessary cookies are needed for the site to function correctly.

3.Third parties

Some cookies are set by the providers we use to run analytics, payments, and email. Their use of data is governed by their own policies; we work only with providers whose practices meet our standard.

Marketing & Email

Effective 19 June 2026How we use the email you give us

When you give Vinsmox your email, you are joining a list that we use to talk to you. We are direct about that — here is exactly what it means.

1.What you are agreeing to

By entering your email on this site you consent to receive marketing communications from Vinsmox. The email address you provide is used for marketing purposes, including:

  • Launch and drop announcements for Series 01 and future series.
  • Founding-member early access and the launch discount.
  • Product, brand, and Foundation updates.
  • Occasional offers and limited releases.

2.How we send it

Emails are sent through a reputable third-party email platform acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone for their own marketing.

3.Your control — unsubscribe anytime

Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@vinsmox.com at any time and we will remove you promptly. Withdrawing consent stops marketing but does not affect emails we must send about an order you have placed (for example a shipping confirmation).

In short

One email, given with consent, used to tell you when the standard goes live and what comes next. Leave whenever you want — no friction, no exceptions.

Shipping & Returns

Effective 19 June 2026Series 01 — Made in Portugal

Held to the same standard as the garment. Clear timelines, honest returns, your consumer rights intact.

1.Dispatch & delivery

Series 01 ships after the launch window of late July / August 2026. Orders are dispatched in the sequence they are confirmed. Delivery timeframes and any duties for international orders are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

2.Returns & right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it and return the item within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached. To start a return, email privacy@vinsmox.com.

3.Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method, typically within 14 days. Where the launch discount applied, the refund reflects the amount actually paid. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, including return postage.

4.The Foundation contribution on returns

The £0.21 Foundation contribution is tied to a completed sale. Where an order is fully refunded, the corresponding contribution is reconciled accordingly — see Foundation Transparency.

Vinsmox  ·  Legal  ·  06

Foundation Transparency

Effective 19 June 2026Vinsmox MVH Heart Foundation

Not a campaign. A permanent commitment. This page documents exactly how the contribution works, so you never have to take our word for it.

1.The commitment

From every Vinsmox garment sold, £0.21 is donated to support the wellbeing of women in the UK. The figure traces to 06.21 — the date the commitment was made inside Vinsmox. It applies to every sale, in every series, and does not pause.

Amount
£0.21 per garment sold
Applies to
Every unit · every series
Verified by
Work for Good (UK donation platform)

2.How it is verified

Contributions are processed and confirmed transparently through Work for Good, a UK-based platform that tracks and verifies every donation. You do not need to trust our word — the infrastructure holds the standard so the brand does not have to claim it.

3.What this is not

The Foundation contribution is not a charity partnership for marketing, and it is not a reason to buy. The garment stands on its own; the commitment stands on its own. They exist in the same brand because the same person built both. The standard makes its own case.

Reconciliation

Where a sale is reversed (for example a full refund), the related contribution is reconciled through the same platform. Net confirmed donations reflect completed sales.
